Where Camp Gear Comes to Life

At our factory, we have an array of specialized production workshops dedicated to crafting our innovative camp gear. From cutting edge capabilities to unwavering attention to detail, our workshops enable us to take products from concept to creation entirely in-house.

Metalworking Workshop

Our metalworking team cuts, forms, and welds steel tubing and parts that make up the core frames and structures for our folding chairs. Using specialized machines, they transform raw metal materials into the strong, durable bases onto which other components get added.

Powder Coating Workshop

In this workshop, we apply decorative and protective finishes to chair frames and metal components. By coating the parts in dry powder polymers then baking them in high heat ovens, we are able to efficiently color and seal the steel materials to resist scratches, rust, and UV damage over the life of the product.

Fabric Processing Workshop

Skilled sewing machine operators in the fabric processing workshop transform large bulk textiles into tailored covers and seating panels. Using industrial cutting tables, they meticulously cut patterns to fully wrap around chair frames for a refined visual finish and maximum user comfort.

Assembly Workshop

Our assembly technicians carefully piece together all workshop components into final chair products according to specifications. This includes securely joining metal frames, fabric covers, arm rests, and decorative accents using appropriate techniques based on chair design complexity.

Packaging Workshop

Newly assembled chairs proceed to the packaging workshop where staff safely wrap, contain, and label every type of chair model to minimize shipping damage. Custom cardboard boxes and pallets are constructed to fully secure chair units for any type of global transportation.

Warehouse

Raw materials, work-in-progress assemblies, and finished products are stored in our main facility warehouse. Strategic inventory management and organization ensures we have required components on hand so production continuously flows to meet customer demand and shipping schedules.
